How it all started

Before my daughter was born, I thought I had researched everything—breastfeeding, baby gear, cloth diapering. But then she arrived, and I quickly realized I had no idea how to establish healthy sleep habits. As someone who needs sleep to function well, I became obsessed with learning how to get her sleeping! Amidst the sleepless days and nights, I immersed myself in learning all I could about healthy sleep habits. When my second daughter was born, applying those sleep techniques from the start made a world of difference. Seeing so many people struggle with sleep inspired me to help others, so I pursued certification through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management.

My Sleep Philosophy

As both a certified sleep consultant and a mom, I know firsthand how important good sleep is for our little ones (and for the entire family). My approach is all about understanding your family’s unique needs and offering practical, personalized advice. Sleep is connected to so many parts of a child’s life, and we need to look at the whole picture. I believe that sleep isn't just one piece of the puzzle; it's connected to everything else in a child's life.

My goal is to give parents the tools and confidence they need to handle sleep challenges, making sure you're set up for long-term success.

At the end of the day, I want to help turn those sleepless nights into restful ones, so everyone in the family can be happier and healthier. Let's work together to create a peaceful bedtime routine and a better night's sleep for your little ones!
